When you submit information through a form (an enquiry, a scoping-call request, an in-house proposal request, free-text context provided alongside the maturity assessment), you grant SALCOMMS a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that information for the purpose stated on the form and described in the Privacy Policy. 13. Termination

SALCOMMS may suspend or terminate your access to the Site (or to any specific asset, programme, or community) at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any conduct that SALCOMMS reasonably believes is harmful to other users, to SALCOMMS, or to third parties. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except where a refund is required under section 6 or by applicable law.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SALCOMMS is not responsible for the conduct, policies, or content of third parties.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Lagos State, Nigeria, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except that SALCOMMS may bring proceedings to enforce its intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction where infringement occurs.

Before commencing court proceedings, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by direct discussion for a period of 30 days from the date written notice of the dispute is given.

16. Changes to these terms

SALCOMMS may revise these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
