How the thirty seats are allocated
When you pre-order The Entrepreneur Operating System, you receive a ₦30,000 discount on the workshop — ₦155,000 instead of ₦185,000. The remaining 18 seats open to the public on 1 July at the full price.

Public seats open on 1 July 2026 — or sooner if pre-order holders have not claimed their twelve by then. If the workshop has sold out from pre-order holders alone, public sale does not open at all.
Either path includes everything: book, workbook, the day in the room, the 90-day plan, the 30-day follow-up call. The only difference is the price you pay.
What we do in the room
This is not a motivational seminar. This is a working session — for thirty founders who are tired of patching the wrong system.
First hour
You take the long-form diagnostic in the room — not the 12-minute version. Twenty-three questions per operating system. Your result is calculated live before lunch.
Second hour
We work through your specific results in a room of twenty-nine other founders. You see where your leak is. You also see where everyone else thinks theirs is — which is often more useful than you expect.
Third hour
I walk through all five operating systems with the level of depth that only happens in a room. Founder OS · Market OS · Model OS · Management OS · Momentum OS. Questions allowed. Real examples.
Fourth hour
You write the actual document. Three pages. Decision Map for the system that is leaking, the next three moves for the next ninety days, and the weekly Loop question you will answer from now on.
Final hour
You pair with another founder in the room and pressure-test each other's plan. I rotate between pairs. The plan you leave with has been challenged by another founder, not just written in a vacuum.
After the workshop
One group call thirty days later. Same room, different week. We check the plan, you adjust, you keep building.

How does the pre-order discount work?
If you pre-order the book before public workshop sale opens (1 July 2026), you pay ₦155,000 for the workshop seat instead of ₦185,000. The discount is automatic — we cross-check your registration email against the book order list. Twelve of the thirty seats are reserved for pre-order holders; if these twelve are claimed, public sale is what remains.
What if I cannot make it on the 18th?
You can buy a remote seat for the same price tier. You get the recording, the deck, the workbook, and a 30-minute 1:1 follow-up call with me to walk through your plan. Email hello@shinasalako.com to confirm.
Is the price negotiable?
No — but it is payable in two instalments. Pre-order holders: ₦80,000 now, ₦75,000 ten days before. Public seats: ₦100,000 now, ₦85,000 ten days before. For founders genuinely unable to afford this, two need-based seats are reserved each cohort; apply via email with a brief note.
Will there be more cohorts?
Yes. Approximately one per month. The 18 August cohort is the inaugural one. If it sells out, the next one is mid-September.
Where exactly in Lagos?
Venue is confirmed at registration. It is a central Lagos location, easily accessible from both the Island and the Mainland.
What if I have already read the book?
Then you will get even more from the workshop. The book teaches the framework; the workshop is where you apply it to your actual business with feedback from twenty-nine other founders.
Refunds?
Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop. After that, your seat is transferable to another founder, or you can roll into the next cohort. No-shows are not refunded.
Can I bring my co-founder?
Yes — and we recommend it. Co-founder pairs get a ₦25,000 discount on the second seat. Both should take the diagnostic separately before the workshop.
