Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the website at shinasalako.com, the Founder Diagnostic, the Entrepreneur Operating System book and companion workbook, the half-day workshop, the 1:1 coaching programmes, and any corporate engagements (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Shina Salako and any associated business entity ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use the Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them, you confirm that you are an adult, have legal authority to enter into these terms, and (if registering on behalf of an organisation) have authority to bind that organisation to them.
2. The Founder Diagnostic
The Founder Diagnostic is provided free of charge. The result and accompanying written diagnosis are general guidance designed to identify which of five Operating Systems in your business is weakest. The diagnostic is not a substitute for professional business, legal, accounting, or psychological advice. Results are generated automatically based on your answers and should be interpreted with judgement.
By submitting your email at the end of the diagnostic, you consent to receiving the welcome email and a five-day educational email sequence. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
3. The book and companion workbook
The Entrepreneur Operating System book and its companion workbook are copyright Shina Salako 2026. All rights reserved. Purchasing the book grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read, annotate, and use the material for your own personal and business use. You may not redistribute, republish, or commercially license the content without prior written permission.
4. The workshop
Workshop seats are paid in advance. Your seat is held for 72 hours from registration; if payment is not received within that window, the seat returns to availability. Payment options include full payment (₦185,000) or two instalments (₦100,000 to hold the seat, ₦85,000 due 10 days before the workshop).
Refunds. Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the workshop. Within the 14-day window, your seat is transferable to another founder of your choosing (with our reasonable approval) or may be rolled forward to the next cohort. No-shows are not refunded.
Force majeure. If we are unable to run the workshop for reasons beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to government restrictions, venue cancellation, or weather), we will reschedule the event. Your seat carries forward at no additional cost.
Recording and intellectual property. Workshop content is the intellectual property of Shina Salako. Participants may take personal notes but may not record audio or video, and may not redistribute workshop materials commercially.
5. Coaching programmes
1:1 coaching engagements (the 90-Day Intensive, Monthly Retainer, Inner Circle) are governed by a separate coaching agreement which is provided to you on application acceptance. These terms supplement but do not replace that agreement. In the event of a conflict between these terms and a signed coaching agreement, the coaching agreement prevails.
6. Corporate engagements
Corporate workshops, team programmes, and consulting engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) issued at the start of the engagement. These terms supplement but do not replace that SOW.
7. Payment, tax, and currency
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise specified. Payments outside Nigeria may be invoiced in USD or GBP at our prevailing exchange rate. Where applicable, prices are exclusive of VAT and other transaction taxes, which will be added to your invoice.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (including but not limited to Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, or direct bank transfer). Your card and account details are never stored on our systems.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website, in the book, the diagnostic, the workshop, the resource packs, and the coaching materials — including framework names ("The Builder", "The Map", "The Engine", "The Skeleton", "The Loop"), the thesis sentence, written content, and visual identity — is the intellectual property of Shina Salako. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or commercially license this material without prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you provide to us (including your diagnostic answers, application content, and feedback). By providing it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for the purposes of delivering the Services to you.
9. Confidentiality
Information you share with us in the context of coaching, corporate engagements, or workshop sessions is held in confidence. We do not share specifics about your business with third parties without your consent. Aggregated, anonymised insights (e.g., common Engine leaks across our coaching client base) may be used in our writing and teaching, but never with personally identifiable information.
10. Limitation of liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, we do not guarantee that following the framework will produce specific financial outcomes. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to your execution, market conditions, and the inputs you provide.
Our liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that, by their nature, survive (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone on our list and by a notice on the website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising in connection with the Services will first be subject to good-faith discussion. If it cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to mediation by an agreed mediator before any court action. The courts of Lagos State have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
